About Us
Welcome to Compass Family Cooperative!
Compass Family Cooperative is an inclusive homeschool community, meaning we are not based on any specific educational method, religion, lifestyle, or homeschool philosophy. All currently homeschooling families are welcome as we link arms and minds to create an opportunity for shared learning experiences in our community of Eastern Idaho. Compass Family Cooperative meets once a week for parent/mentor led classes in two 12 week semesters. Learn more in the FAQs
Members are currently homeschooling families that join together to form the Compass community. They have at least one school aged child (6-18) attending during the semester. They have the option of taking classes on campus, attending the Compass Teen Community activities, joining our Facebook group and member website, and any additional activities. The cost is $90 per family each semester, with a $20 refundable cleaning deposit (for those taking classes on campus). If requested in writing, a 50% refund will be given if membership is canceled before the first day of the semester. No refunds beginning the first day of classes. Members must register for membership every semester.
